As a Housing Professional you need to know the essentials for managing residential property. Our online course will give you the confidence to know that you are managing your tenants and property in a responsible way. The training is intended to follow the natural progression of a tenancy from beginning to end and will cover all the main areas a Housing professinal should know. Course Content: 6 Modules • Pre Tenancy • Roles & Responsibilities • Setting Up & During a Tenancy • Ending a Tenancy • Inspecting your Property • HMO’s At the end of each module there will be a set of multi choice questions. Finally, there will be one open answer for you to submit for assessment by DASH. By the end of this course delegates will have developed their management skills and understand their rights and responsibilities. They will be able to identify and eliminate those unacceptable health and safety hazards that are the landlord’s responsibility in law. The course is typically delivered online at a cost of £60 (for non DASH members) however it can be adapted to a face to face in person course should numbers permit.
