• Investigation Skills​

• An over arching understanding of PACE & its use in Housing​

• An overview of PACE interviews​

• Exploring Inspectors Powers & Entry ( mostly use the Housing act 239, but should mention 239(7) and getting a warrant under 240)​

• Guidance on building a Prosecution Case - points to prove, burden of proof, disclosure​

• Understanding evidential and public interest tests​
