As social housing providers, many of our customers are vulnerable with support needs and housing professionals need the skills and behaviours to be able to respond appropriately. But in a fast-paced environment, with often stretched resources, staff can sometimes face the blurred line of where their remit should start and end. In this session, we will consider the importance of recognising and maintaining professional boundaries
